They have a calm demeanor, relaxed expression on face and an open body language.
They listen more than they speak.
They understand the difference in being assertive and being arrogant.
They are not desperate to prove themselves when in a group. They don't feel the need to talk all the time.
In a conversation, they are not in hurry to speak.They don't interrupt. They wait for their turn.
They don't panic when someone abuses them instead they respond in an assertive manner and with a controlled aggression.
They maintain eye contact.
They have ability to laugh at themselves in front of people.
They don't hesitate to apologise when they are wrong. They own up the responsibility.
They know when to say ‘NO'. They say it politely but firmly.
They don't look for others' validation when they know they are doing or saying the right thing.
